The BVP62841 is a high-efficiency step-down converter with ultra-low operating quiescent current of typically 120 nA and achieves output current of 750mA with input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V.
It operates with a typical switching frequency of 1.8MHz. 16 settings of output voltages can be selected by connecting a resistor to pin VSET and make the device flexible for different applications.
Soft-start function reduces the stress on the input source at startup. The STOP pin of BVP62840 can eliminate switching noise immediately and temporarily in order to have an environment with no switching 
noise.
The Mode pin can make the device operate with automatic conversion between PFM and PWM modes increasing efficiency in light load. 
The BVP62840 needs a minimal number of readily available external components and provides flexible settings of output voltages. It can be widely used in applications required ultra-low quiescent current, high efficiency and noise-free.
