Declaration of Non-Use of Conflict Minerals

Bravotek Electronics Co., Ltd. hereby declares its commitment to fulfilling social and environmental responsibilities and to upholding the principles of human rights.
we strictly refrain from using or procuring conflict minerals originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
In alignment with the Conflict-Free Smelter Program (CFSP),
we require all its suppliers to source only conflict-free raw materials,
and also established a due diligence process in accordance with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, to prevent the acquisition of materials associated with conflict or human rights abuses.
Our suppliers are required to complete and submit both the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) and the Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT).
These requirements must also be communicated to upstream suppliers, who are likewise expected to adhere to and implement the same commitments.
